Here are some wonderful accounts that I have found that glow and scream body diversity, inclusivity and positivity!!  Enjoy adding these gems to your feed.  If this is not something you typically struggle with , these accounts are fun to follow anyways :)

@watchshayslay  - Shay Neary  She/ Her/ Hers -A trans plus model who also happens to be a writer! She supports the LGBTQIA+ community by sharing bits of her life and how she manages her mental health while integrating body positivity.

@theantidietplan- Alexis Conason She/ Her/ Hers -NY based psychologist discusses ways to live without diet in your life.  She also talks about the systems of oppression that keep us valuing thin bodies and devaluing fat bodies.  

@kai_wes- Kai Wes-They/Them/ Theirs- a queer trans non -binary artist who normalizes struggles with self- esteem and  body image.  They also provide regular support on their page for the trans community and validating the particular challenges they experience.  

@stephanieyeboahStephanie Yeboah She/Her/Hers- a black woman who writes and posts about self love and body acceptance around size as well as hyperpigmentation. 

@bopo.boy - Stevie Blaine - He/Him/His- body acceptance activist and artist.  Posts about his journey from self hatred to self love and how it is evolving.  His posts are fun and full of lightness and good messages.

@zachmiko- Zach Miko- male body positivity model and activist.  He talks about incorporating self love and cultivating a positive relationship with your body.  

@brettsinclairr -Brett Sinclair-They/Them/ Theirs His content focuses on celebrating bodies as they are as well as opening up conversations about toxic masculinity, male mental health, and creating a healthy relationship with food and weight.
