I am a White, Jewish cis woman originally from the Bay Area, now calling Santa Barbara home. I work with adults and older adults of all identities and backgrounds who are navigating concerns such as family-of-origin trauma, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, navigating new phases of life, as well as grief and loss. I meet clients where they are in their life right now with compassion, curiosity, and a space that is safe, collaborative, and empowering.

If you grew up in a dysfunctional family system with abusive family dynamics, it is common for unaddressed trauma to show up in your relationships, career, family life, and sense of self. You may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, shame and guilt, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. I help adults process childhood and adolescent trauma, gain awareness, and reconnect with themselves.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We’ll work together to strengthen communication skills, establish boundaries, embrace discomfort with confidence, and make values-based choices.

Honesty, accountability, humor, and curiosity are values that guide both my life and my approach to therapy. At the core of the therapeutic relationship is safety and trust, and I aim to be the healthy adult you deserved when you were younger.

In addition to individual therapy, I run the Relational Recovery Process Group, a structured, relational space to deepen this work alongside others. You can learn more about this group in the Groups section of our website. If this approach resonates, please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
