My approach is meeting you where you are at…

I understand that getting started and showing up can be very overwhelming, especially when you are already not feeling your best. But in working together, we will develop and achieve your therapeutic goals in the safe and supportive container we build as a team. My role is to help guide your empowerment in your experience of growth, healing, and change.

Hello! I’m Natasha…She / Her

Relationships

Are you in a relationship where you and your partner(s) are having trouble communicating and getting on the same page? Have you begun or are considering an open or polyamorous relationship but are struggling to set boundaries and make sure all parties get their needs met? Through working together, I can support partners to gain insight into unproductive communication cycles and learn how to resolve conflict together in a calm and loving way. I have a passion to support all my clients through a sex positive, inclusive and trauma informed lens.

Individual Therapy

Are you going through a big life shift (transitioning, moving away to college, navigating a break up..etc) and need support with building new community? In addition, if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community and have struggled to find a safe and affirming therapist, you are in the right place. I help my clients get clear and be able to celebrate who they are and learn to unpack internalized harmful messages they have received. I offer an integrative, curious, and collaborative approach to therapy focusing on the individual experience. Utilizing a person-centered avenue, we will work towards understanding and acceptance through the safe and contained exploration of life’s challenges. I will begin supporting you in wherever you are currently in your unique journey. I help my clients identify the connection between their own thoughts and beliefs and how they manifest in our bodies through a somatic approach. I believe that our bodies often hold onto experiences and have infinite wisdom.

Adolescents

Do you have a teen that is struggling finding their place in the world? Do you see it impacting their school, relationships and mood? I work closely with the whole family system to provide resources and guidance during this pivotal time of your teen’s development. My clients often thrive with a supportive and non-judgmental space that we create through weekly therapy sessions. I use creative methods to help teens that might be closed off from loved ones to find their voice and learn to communicate again. I welcome LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent identities who are seeking additional support in building up their confidence and sense of self.

Please feel free to request a consultation so that we can explore working together!
